Schieren lies in the Guttland — quiet farm tracks, woodland passages and village edges give this loop its rhythm. The route measures 7 km — about 2 hours of walking, depending on pace. The route gathers about 190 m of ascent, and most of the way follows forest and field tracks.
Along the way you pass Trellsbam. The circuit carries the blue Auto-Pédestre waymark throughout; being a loop, it has no fixed start.
